The seller was very patient with me and her customer service was admirable. The bedrolls are of high quality and soft as butter.
Although the quality is excellent, it was much larger than I thought and I don’t want to buy 10 Q-sized pillows to fill the two I bought. I would like to return the items for a refund, but have not received a reply on how to go about the return process.
