General Returns (30-Day Window)

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For assistance without an original receipt or packaging, please contact our customer service line at (210) 544-3065.

Please note: Items purchased through third-party vendors (such as local boutiques or external marketplaces) must be returned directly through the original place of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and custom-creation standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dietary supplements

  • Digital downloads and printable files

Refunds & Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
